The aim of the QMS is to safeguard and continuously improve the quality of business operations. Through our attitude, mentality and the right technology, D. Lanconcu N.V. wants to be an added value for the customer and build long-term relationships.

In order to realize the above policy objectives, the management team will:

The management team ensures that the necessary actions to comply with the above-mentioned policy are initiated and followed up.

It also declares that it will ensure an appropriate organizational structure, management and provision of resources for the adequate execution of the various business processes.

Health Safety and Wellbeing

In creating a controlled working environment, health, safety and well-being play an important role. To ensure this, D. Lanconcu N.V. has implemented a health, safety and well-being management system (GV&W ms). The aim of the GV&W management system is to safeguard and continuously improve the safety performance of the business operations in order to create a safe and healthy working environment.

As a company, we take our GV&W responsibility by:

  • Taking into account all health and safety risks and challenges of the work to be performed in our project management.
  • Implementing safety measures in our processes and embedding them in practice.
  • Training our employees in work-related risk aspects.
  • Holding management accountable for the safety performance of the organization

In order to realize these policy objectives, D. Lanconcu NV has implemented a GV&W management system.

The system must provide the basis for:
  • Creating the right working conditions to prevent accidents and poor health conditions;
  • Continuously improving GV&W management and performance;
  • Compliance with all applicable national laws, regulations and other relevant requirements and requirements with regard to the identified GV&W risks;
  • Establishing a framework for the formulation and evaluation of GV&W objectives;
  • Training of all personnel on how to deal with the risks in their environment;
  • Monitoring of all GV&W rules by all employees, contractors and visitors who enter the buildings of D. Laconcu NV;
  • Monitoring of all GV&W requirements imposed by its employer.
  • Creating the right working conditions based on the purpose, risk and context of the organization
 
The policy is evaluated annually based on the GV&W performance, so that it remains relevant and appropriate for the organization. The management of D. Lanconcu N.V. ensures that the necessary measures are initiated to meet the above policy objectives.
